We are seeking a driven and curious Account Executive to join our growing sales team focused on expanding our presence in the MedTech market. This role is a quota-carrying individual contributor positionnot Enterprise AEand is ideal for someone eager to drive impact by helping medical device and diagnostics companies achieve inspection readiness improve product quality and meet global regulatory demands.
As an AE you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for mid-market and growth accounts with a focus on building relationships across Quality Regulatory Affairs and Post-Market Surveillance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully own and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoff
- Develop and execute territory/account/opportunity sales strategies
- Analyze and relate our customers challenges to Redicas vision value propositions and solutions
- Develop contact lists within targeted segments and maintain an ever-growing pipeline of potential client opportunities
- Report and maintain timely and thorough notes on opportunities in
- Represent Redica Systems at industry associations and events
- Contribute to Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals while hitting your assigned revenue quota
- Develop deep expertise in the regulatory and compliance landscape
- Become an SME on Redicas products

- Proven experience selling to MedTech companies ranging from growth-stage to large enterprises with a strong advantage for those who have sold into Regulatory Quality or Compliance functions
- Strong understanding of regulatory drivers in the Medical Device spaceespecially as they relate to supplier oversight and risk management
- 35 years of quota-carrying sales experience preferably in SaaS or data analytics solutions
- Familiarity with solution-selling approaches and experience managing a sales cycle independently
- Confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders from quality managers to VP-level decision-makers
- Proficiency in Salesforce and common sales tech tools
