Job Description

Were looking for a Sr. Manager of Commercial Master Data Management (MDM) to lead how we manage critical business data especially for commercial field entities like healthcare providers institutions and accounts.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of customer and account data in alignment with business rules and compliance standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales Market Access and Commercial Operations you will support field effectiveness enhance customer engagement and contribute to strategic decision-making. This position reports to the Director of Field Operations within the Customer Experience Insights & Operations (CxI&O) team for North America.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly support how we engage with the market and deliver value to patients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of master data for commercial entities (e.g. HCPs HCOs accounts) ensuring its clean complete and aligned with business needs.
  • Define and enforce rules for how customer and account data should be structured validated and used across systems.
  • Ensure field teams have access to accurate customer data to support targeting segmentation and engagement strategies.
  • Establish and uphold data governance practices that ensure consistency compliance and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with Sales Insights Market Access and IT to understand data needs and improve how data flows across the organization.
  • Ensure data is structured in a way that supports reporting analytics and strategic planning.
  • Help teams understand how to use and maintain data effectively and provide guidance on best practices.

 


    Qualifications :

     

    • Bachelors degree
    • 8-10 years of Master Data Management and Operations or similar experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
    • Proven record of managing data and analytics needs in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources commercial data needs and regulatory compliance requirements
    • Experience with Veeva Open Data and Network
    • Experience in data management and analysis tools and languages such as Python R SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau) a plus
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices; with tools such as Jira Azure Dev/Ops; cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake
    • Ability to think strategically to support key business decisions
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in team-based environment across key functions and all levels of management within the Commercial as well as other key functions including but not limited to: Finance HR Compliance
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities prioritize and navigate the efficient path to results
    • Experience in rare disease hematology immunology or specialty-distributed products preferred

    Additional Information :

    The base salary pay range for this role is 00 USD annually. Actual pay for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match short and long-term incentives medical dental vision STD/LTD and life insurance benefits in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.
