Job Description
Employee Responsibilities:
- Perform lab-scale downstream processing of vaccine products and process intermediates
- Perform assays on vaccine products process intermediates and related experimental samples using biochemical/analytical tests
- Prepare solutions/reagents
- Set-up process equipment for lab-scale experiments
- Maintain records and experimental results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- Strong computer scientific and organizational skill
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
- Proven ability to work independently in hands-on laboratory setting
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or another scientific concentration
- 0 2 Years of industry experience this role is entry level
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
- Position is full-time and permanent Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with over time as needed. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to West Point PA are encouraged to apply. On-site work is expected in order to be effective in this role.
