We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our upscale dining establishment at Fairmont Mumbai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Oversee staff scheduling including servers hosts and bartenders to maintain optimal coverage.
Enforce high standards of service cleanliness and food safety protocols.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with the culinary team for timely replenishment of food and beverages.
Guest Experience:
Cultivate a culture of exceptional guest service by providing personalized attention and promptly resolving guest concerns.
Regularly engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience including menu innovations special promotions and creative presentation.
Team Leadership:
Recruit train and mentor restaurant staff to uphold Fairmonts standard of excellence.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to maximize team potential.
Foster a positive collaborative work environment encouraging teamwork and respect.
Financial Management:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as revenue expenses and profitability.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize revenue while maintaining cost efficiency.
Implement effective cost control without compromising quality.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all health safety sanitation regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and service quality.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining settings.
Proven success in leading high-performing teams and achieving operational excellence.
Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
