Job Description
Swisstel Sydney part of Accors Premium brands has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Commis chef to join our kitchen brigade in a Full Time capacity for breakfast service.
About the role:
Food preparation and production to deliver innovative and inspired dishes aimed to exceed customer and guest expectations
Ensure food standards preparation presentation and cooking techniques are established and monitored to meet set guidelines
Ensure the highest standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines
Qualifications :
About You:
The ability to work most effectively in a team environment
This is breakfast chef role required start time is as early as 5:00am in the morning.
A fantastic attitude in providing quality work and service
Previous experience in la carte services and have a flair for presentation
Quality and portion control
Understanding Food Safety industry requirements.
Ability to work rotating roster including weekend and Public Holidays
Possess full time work right in Australia.
Certificate in commercial cookery under qualification.
