Job Description: Field Service Engineer - NYC/Hanover
Location: NYC/Hanover USA
Position Overview
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of X-Ray and Ultrasound equipment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in the field and possess technical training from recognized manufacturers. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and technical expertise within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation repair and maintenance of X-Ray and Ultrasound systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Provide troubleshooting support to resolve equipment-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed on equipment.
- Train and educate healthcare staff on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
Essential Qualifications
- Must have recent Field Service Engineer experience (Minimum 3 years).
- Recent experience in the required modality: X-Ray/Ultrasound.
- Formal training or certification from PHILIPS GE or SIEMENS or third-party training from RSTI or ALL PARTS.
- Must provide a trained certificate from any of the OEM (Philips/GE/Siemens).
- US Citizens only.
- Possess an active state license.
