Minimum and Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous call center experience
- Data entry experience (keying preference 35 - 50 wpm)
- Basic computer skills

- Training: You will participate in a training program to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job.
- Hours: Work hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (.7.5 hours per week).
- Telework schedule: This position may be eligible to work remotely up to two days per week.
