Job Description
Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee is Chicaoglands fastest growing GM Dealership. We are a family-owned dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives capable of smiling through the phone and eager to provide exceptional service.
Compensation: $13.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to customers through phone email and text.
- Set appointments for sales and service.
- Provide basic product information.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience for everyone.
- Maximize individual productivity quality and customer service.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude friendly demeanor and eager to learn
- Goal oriented
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and organization
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task organize and prioritize work
- Capable of typing 40 words per minute
- Basic computer skills
- Valid in-state drivers license
