A globally recognized food industry brand on a mission to deliver scalable secure and resilient digital platforms for clients worldwide is building cloud-first solutions and enhancing operational excellence through automation monitoring and DevOps best practices. We are helping them scale their Krakw office.
As an Associate Software Engineer you will join a collaborative development team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards. You will contribute to coding testing and documentation activities while learning and applying best practices.
This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills and actively participate in improving development processes.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality and efficient software solutions.
- Contribute to the overall performance and productivity of the team.
- Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are fully addressed in the developed features.
- Follow and promote test-driven development (TDD) practices.
- Write and maintain automated unit tests for all developed code.
- Work closely with Quality Engineers to implement automated integration and acceptance tests.
- Prepare technical documentation in line with established standards.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct and participate in peer code reviews.
- Take part in regular Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives).
- Provide clear time estimates and keep the team updated on progress.
- Collaborate with other technical team members to deliver valuable solutions to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in digital development and project delivery.
- Proficiency in C# .NET Core and other server-side technologies.
- Familiar with React and React Native for building modern web and mobile applications - is a plus.
- Experience working with JSON and XML.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs HTTP standards and data storage technologies (SQL NoSQL IndexedDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is valued.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail self-motivation and a genuine interest in delivering business value.
- Flexible and open to change and new challenges.
