A Bit About the Role
Were looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to play a key role in helping us expand our Sales Team to deliver smart reliable IT solutions to our growing customer base.

Our customers rely on us for honest advice dependable solutions and long-term value. Now were looking to strengthen our team with someone who can bridge technical know-how and customer need.
What Youll Be Doing
- Working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs.
- Providing guidance on server storage and networking configurations in relation to those customer needs
- Producing technical quotes for our sales team using Microsoft software products
- Acting as a technical liaison between customers sales teams and our products/engineering teams
- Continuously developing your technical skills to stay ahead of customer needs and industry trends
Your Experience
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructureparticularly servers storage and networking
- Previous experience in a pre-sales technical sales support or solutions engineering role
- Strong communication skillsable to explain technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with using an ERP system is desirable
- Experience using CRMs would also be a plus
- Organised proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solver with a customer-first approach
The position is office-based in Dalbeattie. Our operating hours are 08.30-17.00.
