Role: Senior Account Manager (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen der Werbeagentur und dem Kunden und trgst Verantwortung fr die erfolgreiche Markteinfhrung neuer Produkte bei Handelspartnern.
- Verantwortlich fr die Planung Koordination und Umsetzung der Launch-Strategie.
- Zustndig fr die Bereitstellung und Anpassung von Print- und digitalen Werbemitteln die von EMEA bereitgestellt werden um sie fr den deutschen Markt zu adaptieren.
- Projektmanagement: Planung Koordination und berwachung des gesamten Launch-Prozesses von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbetreuung.
- Prozessmanagement: bernahme der Eigenverantwortung fr Prozesse Timings und Stakeholder-Management um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte zu gewhrleisten.
- Briefing der Kreation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativteams um sicherzustellen dass alle Werbematerialien den Anforderungen und Standards entsprechen.
- Kundenkommunikation: Regelmige Information an den Kunden und alle Stakeholder ber den aktuellen Projektstatus inklusive Prsentation von Fortschritten und Ergebnissen.
- Fhrung und Entwicklung: Anleitung eines Junior Account Manager
DeinProfil:
- Evtl. abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Flieende Deutsch (C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing idealerweise im Agenturumfeld vorzugsweise im Umfeld von Retail / Mobilfunkanbietern.
- Agenturerfahrung (Zusammenarbeit mit Kreation)
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und komplexer Kampagnen
- Erfahrung in der Anpassung und Bereitstellung von Werbemitteln ber alle Kommunikationskanle fr verschiedene Mrkte.
- Starke organisatorische Fhigkeiten und ein Talent fr effektives Prozessmanagement.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfhigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Fhrung und Motivation von Teammitgliedern.
- Fhigkeit Budgets zu verwalten und zu kontrollieren.
