Inside Sales Representative Data Analyst
Location: Frankfurt
We are seeking motivated flexible and focused individuals to join our Inside Sales Team. For example if you have recently completed your degree in computer science this position could be a challenging start to your career. Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field requires exceptional individuals who can share and understand our passion for success. You will help us derive valuable insights from collective information. You clean and organize data find patterns and create visuals to explain notable findings simply. You will work with different departments to ensure data quality and security. Your goal is to turn numbers into actions through analysis for better decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Extract data from multiple sources that can be primary or secondary. After that organize the data in a proper format that can be easily understood
Convert the raw data into structured data by resolving the errors in the data removing irrelevant data and identifying the potential data
Quality assurance: make sure that the data collected from multiple sources is relevant to the business
Prepare reports that represent crucial information. These reports consist of graphs and charts to represent factors associated with the business. They help monitor the direction of business growth by analyzing factors such as focus on strategic pillars cross-sell opportunities
profitability sales activities through campaigns etc.
Support sales team in large deals (e.g. for Enterprise Agreements) with proposal design and data analytics
Support sales team in renewal of large installed base accounts
Provide comprehensive tools reports and dashboards from multiple sources (Excel Tableau Salesforce Ninox) to enhance sales effectiveness
Review campaign results and present them in a meaningful overview
Required Skills:
MS Excel expert including VBA / Macro programming
SFDC design including dashboard/report creation and scripting including SOQL
Tableau Designer
Java-Script and additional programming languages is a plus
Strategic mindset
Good customer service communication and project management skills
Ability to analyze numbers effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Solid understanding of current market trends
Proactive energetic with tendency towards constant learning
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
