We are looking for a Journeyman Business Analyst to support the modernization and sustainment of enterprise systems in a secure Agile environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze data and support the development of mission-critical solutions that enhance operational readiness and decision-making.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field
46 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
3 years supporting external business analytics projects
Experience with data analysis modeling and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Strong communication facilitation and documentation skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Familiarity with DoD logistics systems or ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle EBS)
Experience with KPIs dashboards and data-driven decision-making

Desired Skills

Experience with federal logistics or supply chain systems
Knowledge of ITIL v4 and Agile SAFe practices
Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation
Understanding of STIG compliance and DoD cybersecurity frameworks

$103000 - $112000 a year

At Significance your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
