Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Community Specialist for their Lisbon office.

Position: Community Specialist

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on achieving key performance indicators such as first-time resolution operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Take full ownership of tasks showing a high level of commitment while delivering exceptional support to stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process enhancements working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resolve client or partner issues using creative problem-solving techniques process analysis and by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively understanding client sentiment and addressing concerns in a timely professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate and friendly support for inquiries related to channel performance analytics and technical issues.
  • Act as an internal consultant by sharing insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product and service enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in German (C2) both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client support preferably in a contact center or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Background or familiarity with digital advertising media planning social media campaigns or related areas is a plus.
  • Technologically savvy with a good understanding of internet technologies software tools and Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging based on the audience.
  • Comfortable speaking to both small groups and larger audiences as needed.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic ever-changing work environment.
