Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional recruitment plans that support the companys growth targets.
- Identify attract and engage high-caliber candidates by leveraging both conventional and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent through a variety of channels including professional associations online job boards university partnerships industry conferences recruitment firms employee referrals and digital outreach.
- Enhance the organizations employer brand through focused recruitment marketing efforts.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from advertising vacancies and screening applicants to conducting interviews making hiring decisions and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing clear prompt and personalized communication throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and assess key recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with labor market developments salary trends and best practices within the region.
- Guarantee compliance with local employment laws and internal company standards during all hiring activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1) and intermediate English skills (B2); fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment ideally within a regional or dynamic setting.
- Proven ability to recruit for commercial or business development roles across diverse locations.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with hands-on experience using various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Innovative and strategic mindset for attracting candidates and designing recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable collaborating across different cultures and regions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment solutions.
- Experience in financial services brokerage or related sectors is an advantage.
- Preferably knowledgeable about local labor laws and employment regulations in the region.
