Skills & Experience
- 36 years of experience managing complex hardware software product development projects.
- Technical Background ideally with a degree in a relevant field (Electrical Mechanical Biomedical Systems etc.).
- Strong project management fundamentals: scope risk schedule cost communication.
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (engineering product QA regulatory).
- Prior experience in the medical device industry is required; medical imaging or MRI experience is a strong plus.
- Experience or familiarity with regulatory frameworks like ISO 13485 FDA 510(k) or CE marking is appreciated.
- Fluent in Asana or similar PM tools with strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills especially when interfacing with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus for local coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the development timeline: define and update schedules for ongoing hardware/software efforts.
- Align and facilitate communication between teams (Software & AI Hardware Integration Hardware R&D Regulatory Product) around shared milestones and interdependencies.
- Organize and lead project reviews reporting progress to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively identify risks roadblocks and dependencies across the development lifecycle.
- Support teams in reprioritizing deliverables in case of delays or scope adjustments.
- Serve as the central point of coordination with external partners to ensure shared expectations and timelines.
- Ensure project documentation status updates and deliverables are tracked and accessible.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of project workflows using Asana as the central collaboration tool.
