Job Description
A strong family-owned manufacturing operation with over 60 years of tradition in the Topton PA area is searching for a dynamic Drafting Engineer to play a key part in leading the company into the future. If you have a background and proven track record in
- Create preliminary design sketches for conceptual analysis
- Create engineering drawings and designs for production and manufacturing
- Estimate material and production costs for designs
- Programming Punch Presses and Laser Cutters for Projects
- Being organized enough to clean up files and online drafts
- Learning new software
- Sheet Metal fabrication
- SolidWorks 3D Modeling Must Have
Then this job might be for you .
We are looking for 1 to 3 years of Drafting and SolidWorks experience. A background in manufacturing and or sheet metal is a plus. Must be willing to work in an office environment and on the shop floor. If you have a 2-year Technical Drafting degree or a 4-year Drafting degree let s talk.
