Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of a US-invested product design and development company. The team specializes in innovative user-centric consumer products and IoT technology solutions for global brands.
As an Electrical Engineer you ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US China and Vietnam to design and develop electronics systems and components for consumer products from concept to production. Youll contribute to high-quality manufacturable and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate electronics requirements in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects through R&D meetings
- Debug and test PCBs and electronic components
- Support production and customer service by troubleshooting electronics issues during manufacturing
- Create test scripts and procedures for electronics validation
- Communicate with suppliers and review factory designs and schematics
Depending on experience and performance you may also:
- Develop schematics PCB layouts BOM and Gerber files using CAD software
- Work closely with the internal product development team
- Use testing tools (oscilloscope multimeter etc.) for PCB troubleshooting
- Upload firmware to MCUs
- Design circuits using MCUs Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules
- Perform PID tuning and calibration of electronic controllers

Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 3 5 years of experience in electronic product development
- Good spoken and written English; able to communicate with foreign customers
- Familiar with technical documentation and communication
- Based in Shenzhen; available to travel to factories in other cities/provinces as needed
- Eager to learn logical thinker and strong work ethic
