Job Description
Job Title: Lead Qualification & Apartment Match Specialist
Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)
Schedule: Full-time; two rotating shifts to cover 6:00 AM 8:00 PM (local time)
About the Role
We re a fast-growing apartment marketing business focused on connecting renters with the right listings through social platforms like Facebook and TikTok. We generate a high volume of inbound leads and are looking for resourceful consultative professionals to help us respond quickly and match leads to available properties.
Role Overview
We are hiring 1 2 full-time remote team members to manage lead qualification and apartment matching. This role involves engaging with prospects via text (not phone) understanding their needs and guiding them to the best available listings. Timely responses and a customer-first approach are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads promptly via text message

Qualify prospects by understanding their needs preferences and move-in timelines

Match qualified leads with appropriate apartment listings

Maintain accurate lead records within the CRM system
-
Ensure rapid response times; a 12-hour delay can result in lost leads

Communicate clearly and consultatively to help prospects make informed decisions
Candidate Requirements

Excellent written English and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Consultative and resourceful approach to customer interactions

Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and messaging tools

Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Availability to work one of two shifts:

6:00 AM 2:00 PM local time

2:00 PM 10:00 PM local time

Preferred Experience

Customer support lead qualification or leasing/rental experience

Familiarity with real estate or apartment marketing

Experience working with U.S.-based clients or customers
