Job Description

A leading FMCG company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily production and supply chain activities ensuring efficient processes high-quality standards and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence optimize resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations including manufacturing logistics and inventory control.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

  • Ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with procurement sales and marketing teams for seamless supply chain management.

  • Monitor production schedules and capacity to meet demand forecasts.

  • Lead mentor and develop the operations team for high performance.

  • Analyze operational data and generate reports for senior management.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational supplies and services.

  • Drive sustainability initiatives and resource optimization across operations.



Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Operations Management Engineering Food Technology or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management within FMCG preferably food and beverage.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes supply chain management and quality control standards.

  • Experience with food safety certifications and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
