Job Description
Responsibilities of the Role:
Service Scope:
- Provide operational support for clients self-developed systems(e.g. I&C LPH Contract Center) primarily covering contracts and related domains.
- Center) primarily coveringpartner ecosystems contracts and related domains.
- Efficiently resolve user-reported system issueswith high quality and productivity.
- Deliver high-quality resultsfor other critical tasks assigned by team leadership.
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelors degree or higher inInformation Management & Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-3 years working experience in Java developmentOracle SQL Server MySQL or other common databases are preferred. (proficient inobject-oriented programming familiar withSpring MVC/Spring BootAPI development and experienced withSpring Data JPA/Hibernate/PostgreSQL).
- Responsible forbusiness-related system operation & maintenance includingrapid diagnosis and resolution of critical system failures.
- Strongcommunication skills(Chinese & English speaking English in writing) strong self-motivation willing to supportnight on-callduty when required.
