We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support and manage internal and external communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys organizing projects and has a strong eye for detail. The Communications Coordinator will assist in planning executing and monitoring communication strategies across various channels to ensure clear consistent and effective messaging.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives
Draft edit and distribute content including press releases newsletters and reports
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns
Maintain media contact databases and monitor media coverage
Support senior communications staff with project management and reporting
Ensure brand consistency in all communications
Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with communication tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office project management platforms)
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
