Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage and support internal and external communications. This role is vital in ensuring consistent messaging across all channels maintaining the companys voice and enhancing our brand presence through strategic communications efforts.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies
Draft edit and proofread content such as press releases newsletters reports and announcements
Maintain brand consistency in messaging and tone across all communication materials
Assist in preparing presentations speeches and marketing collateral
Support crisis communication efforts when necessary
Collaborate with departments to gather and distribute key updates
Track media coverage and prepare communication reports
Manage content calendars and assist in project timelines
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or content development role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
A team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
