We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Rochester office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of daily front desk operations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
