This role will be based out of Bangalore Gurgaon Mumbai
We are looking for an Account Director to join our Enterprise solution group (ESG) team in showcasing LinkedIn as the premier place for brands to market to the worlds professionals. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a sales strategy while motivating a cross functional team that will assist in hitting growth targets by providing digital marketing strategy to our largest and often most challenging global customers in order to help them reach their business and marketing objectives.

The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with multiple business units and executive level stakeholders (CMOs COOs CHROs and other CXOs) within our largest global clients and their marketing and media agency partners
- Conceive pitch and close creative and effective full funnel marketing solutions.
- Adopt a consultative & strategic selling approach by navigating a complex ecosystem of client stakeholders and achieving a shared vision for LinkedIn and the client.
- Demonstrate deep Account Management skills
- Ability to closely monitor and report on auction-based digital media campaigns.
- Proactively provide intelligent client and industry-specific research trends and analytics - Specifically related to Technology industry (SaaS / IT Services)
- Interact and collaborate across our global footprint of offices and cross functional partners.
- Project manage your book of businesss digital advertising ecosystem - client media agency content agency tech integration partners etc.
- Report and forecast sales activity.
- Grow the revenue from the named accounts by identifying and closing new multi-million-dollar transformational deals.
- Leverage executive relationships and executive sponsors to deepen LinkedIns relationships with clients.
- Represent both market trends and client need to the Executive and the Product teams to ensure we are both serving current needs well and evolving our portfolio to identify future client needs.
- Understand where global opportunity exists within each account across all LI Marketing Solutions
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in Media advertising IT/SaaS digital sales marketing or consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis return on investment modelling and advertising / media analytics
- Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customers pressures with data-driven products and solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation - specifically performance campaigns
- Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer
