Job Description

Get to know the Team

You will be part of an exciting account management team that acquires grows and manages the accounts of key merchants and partners for GrabPay in Singapore.

Get to know the Role

This role will report to the Head Commercial GrabFin & Strategic Planning and be onsite at Singapore Grab office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants managing onboarding and ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead the integration of GrabPay & PayLater solutions into merchants platforms providing training and support.
  • Identify and establish new partnerships with key merchants driving adoption of GrabPay & PayLater solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives to expand the PayLater offering.
  • Collaborate with merchant partners to design and execute targeted marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to help merchants maximize the potential of PayLater solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth by upselling additional services and features.
  • Foster merchant retention through continuous engagement and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and maintain accurate records of merchant interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account health campaign results and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications :

Experience & Skills:

  • You have at least 3 years experience in merchant account management business development or partnership management in payments fintech or e-commerce industries preferably with BNPL solutions.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of payment solutions and e-commerce landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools marketing platforms and data analysis.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
