What will you do
- To handle all guest inquiries and deliver up-to-standard service
- To perform and respond for accurately processing reservations with details checking availability and confirming the booking in the reservations system
- To provide excellent customer service following the Hotels standards in all emails and phone calls
- To raise and communicate with the team and other departments for any special guest arrangement and request
- To familiarize the information on the Hotels facilities amenities service and standard
- To follow and implement the hotels strategies
- To perform any other ad hoc tasks reports and duties assigned by the supervisor
- To work on shift and be flexible about working on weekends or public holidays
Qualifications :
Knowledge and skills
- Degree or above education qualification in Hotel Management Business Administration or related field
- 2 -3 years experience in the same position
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
