As the People Safety Manager Airports and Cabin Crew you will play a key role in shaping and implementing safety initiatives across Jetstar Airports and Cabin Crew. In this role youll collaborate with the respective leadership teams to define and execute a comprehensive safety strategy that addresses both physical and psychosocial risks ensuring it is successfully delivered. It is important to note this role is not a WHS compliance role but understanding of WHS regulations is desirable.
This role covers our Airports and Cabin Crew team which is geographically dispersed across Australia New Zealand and International offshore. It will focus on managing the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive improved outcomes in people safety performance for all of Cabin Crew. The role is accountable for the operationalisation embedding and monitoring/reporting on initiatives and become a trusted advisor to the Business Unit Senior Managers.
Youll also work closely with the Jetstar and Qantas Group Safety Services team fostering an integrated approach to people safety across the wider Qantas Group. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the safety culture within Jetstar Airports and Cabin Crew driving innovation and improvement in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
