About the Role

As the Senior Manager Business Product Management Total Benefits you will lead the strategy development and execution of Conduents Total Benefits Outsourcing solutions including Health Wellness and Retirement. You will ensure our products remain competitive innovative and compliant collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experience for our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing product strategies for Health & Welfare Retirement Pension Risk Transfer Total Rewards and ACA compliance solutions.
  • Driving product vision market positioning and client engagement to support growth and retention objectives.
  • Managing product standards configurations recommended pricing models and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitoring market trends regulatory changes and competitor activities to adapt product strategies as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support RFP responses client presentations growth plans and roadmap development.
  • Overseeing product lifecycle management including launching new products and enhancing existing ones.
  • Defining the product vision and roadmap while working with developers to prioritize innovation and feature requirements.
  • Serving as the voice of the product to clients prospects and sales teams as well as the voice of the client to internal teams.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and partners to ensure exceptional quality experience.

Requirements:

  • Holding a bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bringing 7 years of product management experience in benefits administration.
  • Demonstrating proven leadership skills with the ability to deliver results in a large matrixed organization.
  • Communicating effectively with strong written and verbal skills influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possessing experience working with large Benefits Administration firms and serving Fortune 500 clients.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms related to enrollment health and wealth benefits administration.
  • Managing complex vendor relationships and product partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Earning a masters degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
  • Understanding enrollment and benefits technology platforms.
  • Managing extensive vendor relationships and product partnerships.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. The estimated salary range for this role is $112400-$146000
