Job Description

Job Title: CLM Analyst/Architect
Primary Location: UK/Ireland (Remote)
Position Type: Contract (2-year permanent contract)

Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a CLM Analyst/Architect. This is a 2-year permanent contract role in the UK. This position oversees the configuration and support of key enterprise systems within the organization specifically within the legal and procurement domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

  • Proficiency in configuring ERP systems with a particular focus on financial and procurement modules.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or similar systems is beneficial (preferably Salesforce)

  • Experience working with legal management tools including contract management and compliance solutions.

  • Strong expertise in advanced spreadsheet functions and reporting tools such as PowerBI.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on configuration experience with ERP systems (Preferably Workday)

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or administering cloud-based solutions in an enterprise setting.


What Youll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Provide system support and address operational challenges by collaborating with business units to understand their daily needs. Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and implement necessary solutions.

  • Participate in project design by thoroughly understanding current business processes and data flows. Finalize technical requirements with input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Oversee a direct report ensuring they deliver high-quality work within established timelines particularly in areas related to safety and environmental technology.

  • Configure system elements such as rules fields and workflows to meet evolving business requirements. Coordinate with other technical architects to address cross-functional system issues.

  • Act as the point of contact between business teams and technical resources facilitating the implementation of solutions that span beyond the immediate focus area.

  • Conduct pre-release testing to ensure solutions meet expectations and are free from bugs before they go live.

  • Support user acceptance testing by creating test cases that cover both positive scenarios and potential system regressions.

  • Manage system releases and updates for core legal systems coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth deployments.

  • Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding the potential impact of system changes on business processes and recommend the best course of action.
