Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect to join a award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and design studio based in Sydneys CBD. Renowned for delivering projects to the highest standards this practice has built a strong reputation across commercial office towers luxury hotels and multi-residential/mixed-use developments.

With a strong pipeline of projects they are seeking a Project Architect who will play a key role in delivering quality outcomes while contributing to the ongoing management and culture of the studio.
The Opportunity
You will lead the delivery of significant projects working closely with Associates and Directors to ensure design integrity and compliance are maintained across all stages. You will manage your own projects while mentoring graduates and coordinating teams with the opportunity to work across a diverse range of residential commercial retail and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion
Oversee project teams mentoring graduates and fostering a collaborative environment
Prepare and manage construction documentation with attention to compliance and detail
Liaise with clients consultants and councils in a consultative solutions-focused manner
Oversee contract administration and project delivery to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
About You
6years of experience within Australian architectural practices
Proven experience leading projects from concept design through to completion
Strong multi residential project experience is essential
Proficiency in Revit with excellent technical and documentation skills
Experience managing and mentoring graduates and project teams
