Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD/month (Subject to work experience and interview performance)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital and community engagement initiatives. This role goes beyond tactical execution it requires independent ownership of digital campaigns data-driven analysis and a strong sense of initiative. Youll be expected to take broad marketing goals and run with them from planning to performance tracking and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms.
- Manage local business listings particularly through Google Business.
- Perform SEO activities to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Create and manage content that supports community engagement and brand visibility.
- Track key performance metrics across lead sources and recommend adjustments to budgets or keywords.
- Develop and execute a 3-month content and promotional calendar including email campaigns social posts and physical mailers.
- Run A/B tests to optimize landing pages and email performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads SEO tools and Google Business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience executing marketing strategies created by internal or external leads.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in plumbing home services or similar industries.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of local SEO tactics for service businesses.
