The Role
Were looking for an experienced Forex Retention Specialist who knows how to retain upsell and grow existing client accounts. Youll work with active clients close high-value deals and hit aggressive targets.

What Youll Do
- Manage inbound/outbound calls with existing clients
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Bring back to life dormant accounts and boost deposits
- Hit personal and team sales targets
- Keep up with market trends and client behavior
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 1 year of Forex retention/sales experience
- Strong performance track record ideally $100K in monthly deposits
- Fluent English
- Experience working with English-speaking clients
- Confident competitive and motivated by commission
- Must be open to working onsite in Sofia (near Inter Expo Center)
