Position: Tech Support with German or Dutch
Location: Lisboa Portugal
Employment type: Full-Time
Remuneration: EU up to 1600/month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical assistance to resolve issues related to the companys products or services
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns about products or services- Diagnose and resolve technical issues such as errors or bugs
Provide guidance and recommendations for product or service usage and configuration
Collaborate with development and quality teams to resolve issues and improve products or services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on solutions to technical issues
Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in German or in Dutch and in English
Customer service is second nature to you prior experience in the field is an advantage
Exceptional communication skills that facilitate meaningful interactions
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges effectively
Ability to think outside the box and consistently deliver customer solutions
Proficient with computers and possess lightning-fast typing skills
