Job Description Summary
Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition.Innovation & AIML Operations Leader is responsible for driving the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives incl. complex cross-disciplined programs that span multiple organizations and various stakeholders (e.g.: different).
You will be responsible for defining and executing programs and tracking and monitoring execution risks & opportunities to ensure program on-time delivery.
Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Support the definition of AI / ML strategic roadmaps for Electrification.
- Drive the definition of the programs including milestones for AI / ML and Innovation Partnerships.
- Manage Risks & Dependencies between organisations.
- Define and implement processes for coordination between organisations.
- Owns tools and continuous improvement for the Innovation and AI / ML Electrification organisation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor degree in science or engineering.
- Extensive and demonstrated years of professional experience including software development project management risk management strategy.
- Extensively established leadership credentials.

- Ability to influence a highly matrixed organization with varying levels of experience competence and buy-in.
- The position calls for exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate geographically and culturally diverse teams.
- You will combine strategic capability with a commitment to delivery and the ability to be hands-on where required.
- Experience in Agile project management Lean Innovation methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking)
- Program Management capabilities for complex multi-business projects.
- Financial dexterity to manage business cases and support Product Management and Marketing in business cases definition.
- Collaborative team player able to work across businesses and geographies.
