Job Overview
PSC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time position will be based in either Riyadh Saudi Arabia or Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The Project Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and managing various projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international work environment.
Responsibilities
* Plan execute and monitor project activities ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
* Track project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
* Proactively address project challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice implementation.
* Manage project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management or a related field.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
* Experience working in an international context is desirable.
