Our well-established client is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking project manager to deliver medium-scale construction projects (circa 25M) on time to budget and to quality line with Internal processes policies and health & safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction projects from inception to completion.
- Plan schedule and manage work packages and milestones.
- Control budgets forecasts and resources to meet targets.
- Apply robust risk change and contract management processes.
- Manage NEC3/4 GC Works FIDIC contracts and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams external contractors and consultants.
- Prepare tender documentation and oversee the supply chain.
- Monitor project performance report progress and escalate issues as needed.a
- Engage and manage stakeholders aligning expectations with project goals.
- Coach and develop team members in project management practices.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Professional qualification (Prince2 Practitioner APM PMQ ISEB Certificate in Project Management or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts procurement and health & safety in construction.
- Proficient in MS Project (or equivalent).
- Skilled in resource cost contract and risk management.
Desirable
- Membership of RIBA RICS ICE IStructE or CIBSE.
- Knowledge of MoR MoV
- Experience delivering projects in varied geographical locations
