As a Key Account Manager (f-m-d) in our dynamic DACH sales team you wont just manage accounts youll drive growth! Youll be instrumental in developing and expanding your very own portfolio of clients acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring Malt is always their first choice for top freelancing Germany being the largest economy in Europe our ambition for Malt in DACH is huge. To succeed youll need an entrepreneurial mindset adaptability and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve rapid growth.

Tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts including big bet clients like DAX40 and TECDAX companies.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders from CxOs to decision-makers in procurement and HR.
  • Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies utilizing a solution-selling approach to meet diverse client needs and secure new business.
  • Rigorously qualify clients and opportunities focusing on high-potential engagements to achieve a target 30% opportunity conversion rate.

Requirements

About you

  • Youre an experienced professional with a university degree or comparable education and 3 years in a B2B commercial role. Ideally youve thrived in recruitment (staffing IT personnel services) SaaS or IT & services.
  • A true results-driven sales hunter youre insatiably curious and passionate about problem-solving. Youll relish building new client portfolios expertly showcasing the Malt model and exceeding your sales goals.
  • Youre a fluent communicator and sharp negotiator in both German and English effortlessly engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Your strong networking skills are key to cultivating robust client relationships. Youll quickly grasp client needs and objectives then craft and propose optimal solutions that perfectly align with your sales cycle.
  • You possess a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation driving initiatives quickly with an entrepreneurial mindset strong sales planning and superb organization.
