About this Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Finance Officer
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Reconciling daily monthly and yearly transactions.
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
- Do daily bank reconciliation
- Monitor bank deposits and payments.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for other departments regarding financial and accounting issues.
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor s degree Finance Economics or any related
- Strong knowledge of working with Xero Accounting Software.
- 3-5 years work experience as a Finance Officer in Financial Technology sector.
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Extensive experience using financial software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
Excellent time management skills.
