Role Overview
Drive revenue growth manage 40-50 field sales professionals (directly/indirectly) and ensure operational excellence. Lead sales strategy execution identify new growth avenues and coordinate with departments to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a high-performing sales team.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely execution of field sales manage high-pressure situations and drive productivity.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop city-level sales strategies to build a strong sales funnel.
Market Insights: Leverage local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
Data & Insights: Use data to track team performance and drive improvements.
Sales Growth: Identify new avenues and channels to maximize revenue.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with operations marketing and customer support for smooth execution.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Leadership & Team Management: Lead large teams (40-50) directly/indirectly inspire and train them to exceed targets.
Operational Efficiency: Handle high-pressure operational challenges effectively.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
Data-Driven: Use data analytics to drive team performance and strategy.
Process Orientation: Focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA from a Tier 2 business school or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in field sales or sales management with experience in managing teams
and creating sales funnels. Experience in multiple sales channels is highly preferred.
