Support teachers in administering universal screening and diagnostic reading assessment data to drive instruction and monitor analyze data to make instructional decisions addressing student needs and identify/implement appropriate supports to bring student skills to grade -facilitate data equity for all and provide explicit scientifically based instruction to individual students and small with teachers specialists Building Principals Instructional Coaches and Director of Curriculum in determining tiered participate as a member of the Multi-Tiered System of Support team to articulate consistent programming K-5 across elementary effectively within the educational community and with families on a regular basis regarding student with classroom teachers to align instructional interventions to classroom and maintain accurate records on student achievement articulating progress and and assign students for tiered targeted interventions and monitor progress towards benchmark as a collaborative partner and literacy leader in professional learning for literacy and related with Special Education personnel to enhance inclusionary support implementation of district-adopted literacy curriculum and programs. Collaborate with the Building Principals and the Director of Curriculum on the planning and implementation of literacy and maintain positive student-teacher-family strong commitment to help all students professional work on curriculum leadership teams and provide leadership to support literacy other job-related duties as assigned by the Building Principals and Director of Curriculum.
