Position Purpose:
Workforce Insights leads a high-performing team of analysts responsible for uncovering labor performance opportunities and influencing strategic programs across the supply chain. This role requires a combination of advanced technical acumen business judgment and leadership to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and operational partners.
Key Responsibilities:
35% Problem Solving & Insight Generation: Conduct advanced data mining and modeling to identify labor performance trends and opportunities. Translate findings into insights that drive productivity and efficiency across the network.
25% Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and coach a team of analysts to ensure accurate analysis on-time delivery and professional growth.
20% Strategic Program Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and support Supply Chain labor programs and planning.
20% Project & Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain project plans and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and progress toward business goals.
