The Ball Court Hotel is on the lookout for a standout Duty Manager to join our experienced team and help steer the daily operations of our iconic local venue.
With a proud 150-year legacy the Ball Court is more than a hotel its a cornerstone of Sunburys community life. Were a heritage pub with a modern pulse serving loyal locals and first-time visitors with the same down-to-earth charm and quality service.

Essential requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar venue
- Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Current RSA
- Experience using Ivy & Seven rooms desirable
