What youll do at Thule
As a Financial Controller you will play a key role in managing the financial reporting and operational controlling for Thule Sweden AB. This includes preparing financial statements ensuring timely reporting and supporting day-to-day finance activities that keep our business running smoothly.
In addition to core controlling responsibilities you will also be involved in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) projects collaborating closely with colleagues in Business Application and Sales. Your focus will include overseeing payment procedures and ensuring a secure efficient payment flow in a fast-moving digital environment.
You will be part of a collaborative finance team that includes other financial controllers accountants and VAT specialists. Together youll work to ensure financial accuracy compliance and continuous improvement in how we operate.
What you bring
To succeed in this role we believe you have a Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field and solid experience in both financial statement reporting and operational financial controlling. Youre confident working with ERP systems and financial tools especially Excel and ideally have experience with tools like M3 AARO QlikView or similar.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential as youll operate in an international context.
As a person youre a doer - someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems. Youre highly structured detail-oriented and know how to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
