Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide support to the Warranty Administration team. Carry out tasks associated with processing of warranty claims and RMAs following policies and procedures set by Raymarine.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process and evaluate daily submitted RMA notifications and warranty claims for accuracy.
  • Ensure claimants submitting RMA notifications and warranty claims adhere to the Raymarine warranty policy.
  • Resolve disputed Warranty RMAs and claims in a timely manner in accordance with the warranty department KPIs.
  • Provide necessary documentation to support queried or rejected claims.
  • Provide support to Subsidiaries Distributors Services Agents and Dealers.
  • Respond to customer queries and co-ordinate resolutions utilising both Product Support and Repair Personnel.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets used as tool to evaluate RMAs and warranty claims accurately.
  • Assist with the rebilling of defective products via the vendor rebill.
  • Manage the OEM Beneteau and Jeanneau returns process.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Core Competencies:

  • PC literate in Microsoft Windows Word Excel & SAP
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must remain calm and professional under pressure
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Able to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels and areas of business and customers
  • Must be able to operate as part of a team and be a team player
  • 3 GCSE Grade A-C including Maths & English
