Description

We are currently seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Lead to join our team. This role requires a solid experience in the D365 platform with a strong foundation in finance and a proven track record of delivering complex implementations across finance asset management and supply chain modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design configuration and implementation of D365 F&O modules ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert providing strategic guidance and best practice recommendations.
  • Manage full project lifecycles including requirements gathering documentation testing training deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders external vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee and mentor functional consultants and analysts to maintain high standards and project timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.


Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced qualifications (e.g. CPA CFA) are highly desirable.
  • Solid experience in working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations particularly in finance asset management and supply chain modules
  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end D365 implementation and integration projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial systems accounting principles procurement inventory management and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.


Its a plus if you have:

  • Experience with transit ticketing systems or solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial settlement processes and logistics within the transportation sector.
  • Background in large-scale multi-stakeholder environments or public sector projects.
