GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Tiffin University is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Human Resources Specialist and the Vice President of Human Resources in supporting designated Human Resources assignments to ensure efficient and effective HR operations across all areas of the department. The Human Resources Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: administrative support HRIS management employee records benefits administration employee relations training performance management audits recruitment and onboarding policy implementation affirmative action employment law compliance and other related HR tasks. The Human Resources Generalist promotes our Guiding Principles through collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the University.
