Job Description
Dover-Sherborn is seeking a Director of Community Education to begin August 1 :After-School Care ProgramsK-5 programming is offered at both elementary schools (Dover and Sherborn)Oversee all aspects of the Programs with the collaboration of the Directors (one for each site)Create/modify Extended Day registration forms handbooks in hiring Extended Day staff Notify parents of Extended Day acceptances in May and mailing of schedule confirmations in late JuneProcess all invoices and payroll including processing purchase Enrichment ClassesSchedule and oversee after-school enrichment classes at both elementary schools including fees/payment processing Schedule and oversee adult enrichment classes (limited offerings) including fees/payment processingHigh-level oversight and accounting for the Summer Drama USED: (Experience with one or more preferred)ProCare- Extended day softwareCommunity Root for enrichment registrationERP Pro ( PO and Invoice processing)Publisher or another system for production of brochures and fliers.
