Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration application analysis and design information management architecture computing security computing project support and/or process analysis. Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives. Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes. Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees and first-level managers.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Senior Manager to join the SAP S/4 Center of Excellence to manage and run the MDG Development team in Bengaluru India.
We are seeking an experienced SAP technology leader who can lead day-to-day activities in software development lifecycle and oversee a team responsible for developing software across a diverse SAP S/4 landscape. In this role you will lead the development of SAP MDG managing and approving the design and architecture of SAP MDG solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards and overseeing the configuration and customization of SAP MDG modules. As the development leader you are tasked with driving development efforts in ABAP and MDG technologies supporting evolving projects/programs. The individual should have good understanding of the varying technology landscape - SAP .Net Java Cloud technologies Databases and mastery in the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile along with good knowledge of the supply chain fulfillment domain to help in accelerated solution delivery.
The individual is expected to be an expert in global organization management with the ability to handle team members dispersed across multiple United States (US) sites as well as other global locations outside of US. strong business acumen and excellent partnership skills are of paramount to work in demanding and highly skilled work environment to collaborate and influence people and decisions from the stakeholders and other IT divisions. The role reports to the Sr Manager and the individual is expected to lead a team of individual contributors in higher levels.
Position Responsibilities:

Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Drive end to-end technical design and in collaboration with delivery teams realization and deployment activities across the enterprise and SIs
Adopt and establish standards best practices and processes as needed towards design high quality functional and technical solutions
Design and develop SAP MDG solutions including data models workflows and data validation rules.
Develop and implement integrations between SAP MDG and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Extend and optimize existing MDG applications.
Ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with data governance teams to define and enforce data governance policies and standards.
Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Develop and track data quality KPIs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A Bachelors degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
10 years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
8 years of experience within information technology
8 years of experience in organization management
8 years of experience working within a global development team
3 years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams initiatives or projects to meet business objectives and influence change in SAP S/4 environment
Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP MDG modules and functionalities.
Familiarity with MDG Hub and Co-deploy architectures.
Able to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :
5 years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
5 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) systems
3 years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment (DTE)
Proficiency in SAP integration techniques (e.g. IDoc RFC BAPI Web services).
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 17 Plus years related work experience or Masters Degree with 16 years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
