Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CRM Tech Lead will oversee the design development and optimization of customer relationship management systems to enhance customer engagement retention and lifetime value. This role bridges the gap between marketing IT and customer service ensuring seamless integration and performance of CRM platforms

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead the technical strategy and implementation of CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to define CRM requirements and workflows.
  • Manage CRM integrations with e-commerce POS loyalty programs and customer data platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity compliance (e.g. CCPA GDPR) and security across all CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • Mentor and guide a team of CRM developers and analysts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and bugs
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in CRM systems

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Dynamics 365).
  • Strong understanding of customer data architecture and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • N/A

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly sits and does computer work.

Occasionally walks stands and lifts up to 50 lbs.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

Performs tasks and duties under general supervision using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures policies and practices.
